Dirty blankets, bus reached delayed at destination while other buses reached before time even though they departed late. Congested space, no live tracking.

Rash driving, midnight rest stop which should be around 11pm next to Panvel, bus making loud noise and vibrations. When told that driver should slow down on speed breakers, arrogant reply. Very risky as entire body was bouncing on seat, very rash driving.
