I was travelling with one trolley bag and one bag of vegetables meant for my personal use. At the pickup point, the driver informed me that there was no luggage space and asked me to keep my luggage inside the bus. However, the luggage compartment was occupied by a large quantity of egg cartons. At the drop-off point, the driver stated that passengers would be charged in future for carrying vegetables. I request you to clarify your luggage policy and ensure that passengers' personal luggage is given priority over commercial goods.
