Blanket not provided. It took more than 15 hours to reach the destination. Seats are not even comfortable.

Never travel with this bus operator. It was one of the worst travel experiences. The bus felt like a private party bus, with passengers drinking alcohol and playing loud music throughout the journey. I was traveling with my family, including women and children, and it felt very unsafe. The bus departed over an hour late and reached almost 3 hours after the promised arrival time (5:00 AM became around 8:00 AM). The seats were uncomfortable, smelly, and no blankets were provided. The staff and driver were rude and unprofessional. When I contacted the bus operator about these issues, there was no response at all. Very poor service, no concern for passenger safety or comfort. I would never recommend this bus operator.

All the systems were broken. No charging point, no blankets were there and the AC system was totally broken. Due to that, the temperature was extremely cold but there was no availability of blankets. The whole experience was a disaster.

The driver was very sweet and also careful while driving. The bus was clean and stopped at right places.
