The actual bus that I booked and the bus I got was actually different. I booked for 11.20 bus but at 9.30 they called and asked me to be at the boarding point at 10. I had to rush and board the bus as it was season time and difficult to get any other tickets. And I didn't receive any message or tracking details of the bus changed and these people will not pick call or give any proper response. Had a really bad experience on 17th October.

Old bus was not functioning properly. I boarded the bus from madiwala and the bus had starting trouble. It took 20 mins for them to sort it out. On the way for pick ups, they had to take more than three u-turns to reach the exact pick up points. The conductor does not know the exact route and locations. Horrible experience altogether.

Hi Team, The bus met with an accident late at night, which resulted in damage to the luggage compartment. Unfortunately, some of the passengers’ luggage was also misplaced during the incident. We spent around one hour managing the situation and finding a solution. After that, both rear tyres of the vehicle got punctured. We had to spend nearly two more hours at the location as there were no proper tools or backup/stepney tyres available with the vehicle. As a result, the passengers were stranded on the expressway for a considerable amount of time, causing a significant delay in reaching their drop-off locations. This situation caused considerable inconvenience and hardship to the passengers. We request that the vehicle maintenance, emergency tools, and backup tyres be reviewed to ensure such incidents can be handled more efficiently in the future.

I lost my bag containing valuable belongings while travelling on your bus. The luggage compartment door was not properly closed, and the bus continued to travel with the door open. The bus then collided with another vehicle, and only after the incident did the staff realize that the luggage door had not been secured. Since then, I have not received any proper update regarding my lost bag or belongings. I have also tried contacting the bus operator several times, but now they are not answering my calls. This was extremely concerning, as the loss occurred due to the luggage compartment not being properly secured. I request that you urgently investigate the incident, provide me with an update on the status of my belongings, and take responsibility for the loss.
