Journey was fine and staff were cooperative. Bus was 40 min late to the boarding point and 3.5 hours late to destination.

It used to be good. This time there was no water provided. And the conductor boy was rude to people.

The bus was 3 hours late to the boarding stop. Not even a single bottle of drinking water was provided for the almost 12 hours of journey. My drop-off point was Lal Bagh and still we were asked to deboard at Madiwala and get on to another bus of theirs. Very inconvenient travel it was. This was also my first Make My Trip bus booking and I would not recommend this bus operator to anyone and will not be travelling with them in the future.

It was an 11 PM bus which was further delayed by 2.5 hours, no sense of remorse from the staff and lack of accountability too. Made a female traveller wait past midnight and reached 4 hours late at the destination.

Horrible.

Bus dint turn on time. Waited for hours.. couldn't board . Complaint has been raised and a full refund has to be transferred otherwise will be taking necessary steps.

Terribly late. 2hrs late for the pickup and 4hrs late for the drop-off.

You need to understand that proper planning is your responsibility. Simply saying that the vehicle or driver had a problem is not an acceptable explanation for such a major delay. The bus was delayed by more than two hours at the boarding point, and I reached my destination more than two and a half hours late. Passengers have important commitments that cannot always be postponed. We book your service and plan our schedules based on the arrival time provided by you. When the delay is this significant, it affects our work, appointments, and other commitments. It also puts us in a difficult situation where we have to explain to others that we are late simply because the bus did not arrive on time. You are charging more than XXXXX for this journey, and when passengers are paying such an amount, we expect a reliable and properly managed service. Unexpected issues can happen, but a delay of more than two hours cannot simply be justified every time by saying there was a vehicle or driver problem. This experience was extremely disappointing and unacceptable. You need to take passengers’ time and commitments seriously and ensure better planning and service in the future.
