Water and blanket was unavailable. Windows were not properly clean and frame was damaged.

Every person ticket fare rs. XXXXX and my ticket fare is XXXXX. Why is it so high? The service and seat are very poor, and the bus is also very dirty. I am not satisfied.

Charging point not working.

1) Sleeping comfort is zero due to internal slider support glass not being available. My whole night was spent in fear that I might fall on the bus floor when the bus turned. 2) Bus washroom is not available. 3) Worst food place where the bus stops for food or washroom.

There was blanket provided, otherwise the staff was responsible.

Bus was not available there. We have not received any msg regarding this. Mentioned phone no is not reachable and hence we continued our journey by taxi due to connecting bus.

I had booked a single-seater sleeper bus ticket and was travelling on the upper deck. However, the area near the entry of my seat did not have proper safety protection or railing, creating a serious risk of falling down. At around 1:00 AM, the passenger sitting in front of me accidentally fell from that area. He was injured and started bleeding from his mouth. After witnessing this incident, I was extremely scared and could not sleep for the entire night because I was constantly worried that I might also fall. This is a serious safety concern. The upper deck should have proper protection and safety barriers to prevent passengers from falling. I request you to take immediate action and ensure proper safety arrangements for passengers.

AC not working.

My boarding point was different. No one picked my call or called me at the boarding point. That is why I did not get a seat at boarding. I tried calling about 15 times but was not informed clearly. Punctuality may vary by 1 to 2 hours. I paid for AC bus but AC was not working.

Cleaning issue.
