I recently booked a bus from Jaisalmer to, and my experience with Hanuman Travels was extremely disappointing and of very poor quality. The bus condition was pathetic, with rattling windows and a complete lack of basic amenities like a washroom. Moreover, the driver's behavior was very rude and unprofessional. Instead of maintaining schedule, the driver kept picking up unauthorized local passengers along the way, causing frequent delays and making us reach Pilani at 8:35 AM instead of the scheduled arrival time of 8:00 AM. While other operators like provide good service, Hanuman Travels offers substandard service that causes unnecessary inconvenience to passengers. I strongly request to look into this matter and take strict action against such poor service providers.
