The service was extremely disappointing. I booked a VIP seat, but I was not provided with the seat I was promised. The bus was overcrowded, and multiple passengers were travelling without tickets. To make matters worse, the bus did not stop for dinner at night. I had to travel the entire night without eating anything. This was one of the worst bus travel experiences I have ever had. The service was completely unprofessional, and the company failed to provide even basic passenger facilities. I would not recommend Hanuman Tours to anyone. The company should take responsibility for this poor service and improve its arrangements for passengers.

There was no live tracking in this bus even though they did not call us before the arrival and if we called them, they did not attend the call. Moreover, there was limited time for restroom and food breaks; they did not wait for us, and the toilet was not clean at all. So, do not choose this bus for a long journey because I had a bad experience.

The timings were to be 6:15pm to 10:30am. The bus reached the stop at 8:30pm and we are still 40 minutes away from the destination. Apparently there was some technical glitch which caused the time to be wrong on the app. But even then, we should have reached by 12:30 considering a maximum 16-hour journey. The bedding and window sills were dirty, looked like they were not washed or cleaned for a few trips. In addition, there were some other people who were meant to board a different bus but this bus was carrying them to their boarding point, so we found those people lounging in our seats when we boarded. Not a good experience at all. Driving itself was fine. But they really need to get more organised and improve their cleanliness standards.

Washroom inside the bus should be maintained clean by passengers. Some of them are not maintaining it.
