Very slow driving. Boarded Chennai at 10.10pm and reached Tirunelveli at 3.15pm next day. One day full waste.

Worst experience ever in my life. Attitude driver bus is not dispatched on time. There is no stop for food. If we ask, drivers are fighting. Yesterday bus came at 15:15 and it left at 4:15. Driver was earning money in this gap.

Terrible travel experience, not recommended and I boarded the bus from Chennai to Sathankulam last night - 11Sep26, but even at 1:35 PM today-12Sep26, I had still not reached my destination. I was writing this review from inside the bus after spending more than half a day travelling. The service was extremely poor. Despite charging a high ticket fare during the holiday season, the operator appeared to have arranged a spare bus without providing the facilities promised to passengers. Although it was advertised as an AC bus, the air conditioning was completely ineffective. The AC was running, but there was no cooling at all. Even an ordinary fan would have provided better airflow. Travelling in a fully closed bus during the afternoon heat without proper air conditioning was extremely uncomfortable and exhausting. Passengers paid a premium fare and I spent XXXX expecting timely travel, basic comfort and proper service. Unfortunately, none of these expectations were met. Based on my experience, I strongly advised passengers not to waste their money on this bus or travel operator. Please consider other reliable alternatives. So guys be careful do not waste your money and the valuable time with bus and travels.

The worst bus I have seen. The current wire is cut, no tapping, no AC in the correct direction. The app showed arrival at 3.20, but now the time is 5.10 and it has not reached yet, still 40 km to go. Worst thing.

1. Stopped more than 5 places. 2. The driver is very particular in playing all the songs. 3. Finally reached destination after 3 hour delay.
