Most disgusting tourist bus ever because it is not a private bus which stops only at specific stops, and before purchasing tickets, you think it is a private bus, but after purchasing the tickets, you realize you wasted your money because they stop everywhere and take people from the road like a public bus, and that is why this bus never reaches on time, and it is always 1-2 hours late.

Bus staff made the bus like a local bus. They picked passengers continuously throughout the whole journey. Very unfortunate.

I have not done the journey in this bus due to bus person telling me you have not done any online booking. I have already raised this issue with your customer care. I need a refund for my journey fare from your company ASAP.

Bus was tilted from the start. Because of the spring, the balloon was broken. After 1 hour of driving, in the garage they made soldering and started. Bus operator risked passengers' life.
