There is no time punctuality in their buses. The behaviour of the staff is also not humble. There is no option of live tracking. And women safety is also not very good.

One of the worst experience. Very poor staff. All passengers are worried; they do not care. It is like a sharing taxi. Food is out of the question and the toilet is not even properly maintained. The bus runs continuously for 7-8 hours with no stoppage. All customers are worried about the toilet.

The smell of phenyl, extra different sound in bus. It's not a luxury bus.
