Bus is not good. Pickup time is 2 hours late. Bus name change.

Very disappointing experience. The bus was not hygienic and the overall cleanliness was poor. The operator’s behaviour was rude and unprofessional. I had booked Shivajinagar for 11:10 pm and reached there around 10:30 pm. I waited until around 12:00 am and called the operator several times. Every time, I was told that the bus would arrive within 10–15 minutes. After 12:00 am, I was suddenly informed that the bus would not come to Shivajinagar and that I had to go to Wakdewadi. I then travelled to Wakdewadi, but the bus arrived there at around 1:00 am. This caused unnecessary stress, inconvenience, and a significant delay. If the boarding point was Wakdewadi, passengers should have been informed clearly in advance instead of being made to wait at Shivajinagar for more than an hour. I would not recommend this service based on this experience.
