At 4:30 PM, I spoke with the bus team, and they confirmed that boarding would take place at 6:00 PM. However, when I arrived at approximately 5:30 PM, the driver reacted with extreme aggression and publicly hurled abusive Assamese slang at me. This tone and derogatory language directed at a passenger are unacceptable. As a customer relying for safe and respectful service, this experience was deeply distressing. Requested action: Strict disciplinary action: Please take immediate action against the driver and operator involved.
