Driving and staff behaviour good. But sleep comfort only one choice missing shall not available for the bus.

Very poor travel experience from Mudhol to Thane. The bus was changed at the last moment without any prior notification from the operator. The bus was scheduled to depart at 10:00 pm but departed around 11:20 pm, causing a delay of approximately 1.5 hours and unnecessary chaos among passengers. Throughout the overnight journey, the driver did not provide any proper restroom halt. Later, the bus stopped at a restaurant where the washrooms were extremely dirty, unhygienic, and foul-smelling. Several passengers, including ladies, could not use the facilities. Despite repeated requests, the driver refused to stop at a cleaner and more hygienic location. The lack of communication, poor time management, and complete disregard for passenger comfort are unacceptable. The operator must ensure timely updates, proper restroom breaks, and hygienic facilities. Overall, it was a very disappointing experience, and I would not recommend this service unless these issues are addressed seriously.

Firstly the bus was very dusty as if it had not been running for a few days and was used now for a trip without cleaning it. I got a very bad dust allergy due to the dust on seats, windows, and curtains. The whole trip I had to cover my face with a scarf and sit. There were no blankets also.
