There is no punctuality and no cleanliness in sleeping seats or, worse, the issue of stop timing. Overall, the bus is not for comfortable travel.

Very bad & poor experienced with this bus service, first they forced to come 1 hour before at pickup location & then picked up by traveler except bus service & take off up to 40 km then waiting for half an hour for bus on road after bus arrived they were asking for luggage charge for a bag only & had argument. How could such kind of bus service provide by booking platform without verification. Its really terrible.

Subject: Official complaint: poor bus condition and unprofessional staff behavior. Dear customer support team, I am writing to formally lodge a complaint regarding my recent travel experience with your bus service. I am highly disappointed with the quality of service provided for the following reasons: 1:- unprofessional staff 2:- incorrect drop off 3:- overcrowding 4:- poor bus condition 5:- unhygienic interior.
