My departure time was 11:15 and the bus arrived at my stop. The driver was not driving the bus; it was the helper who was driving all the time very rushfully. The charging ports were not working.

Without providing any prior information, you abruptly switched buses and, without making proper seating arrangements, simply shifted me to another bus. Consequently, I did not get a seat and had to stand for a considerable amount of time. I chose to travel on your bus for my own convenience, not to face inconvenience. If you absolutely had to change the bus, you should have ensured that proper arrangements were in place.
