It was the different bus. I have booked for summer travels, but we have to board a Bihar government bus.

Siliguri reach time 8.15 am but bus reached at 11 am. I do not prefer other passengers to board this travel.

Issue 1 (Misrepresentation): Vehicle provided did not match the online booking images. Issue 2 (No partition): Missing the promised curtain partition between the two-seater sections. Issue 3 (Less space): Seating width was very narrow, causing extreme discomfort for two adults to adjust. Issue 4 (Poor quality): Substandard vehicle condition.

Your bus broke down. I had to return to Siliguri in the middle of the night on the highway, wasting time and money after being charged extra. Please refund me, or I'll file a complaint.

The rest stop has a very hygiene problem, especially in bathroom.

Worst experience in my life. During the journey the bus kept stopping everywhere. Seats were untidy, curtains were stinky. Conductor kept pulling passengers and bus was throughout with passengers. It was a worst experience I had.
