stops to take random passengers every 10min , delay by 2 hrs is common, lots of bedbugs that keeps you awake all night itching scratching.nobody cares when you complain. if only lodging a consumer forum complaint stopped them from operating this junk bus.

Bus service was bad, leaving on exact departure time was ok But not considering reality like rain, traffic or delay of any other travels connecting bus not waiting even for 10-15 min of departure in spite of passenger requesting and explaining the situation along with rude communicating attitude of the staff was worst.
