The time to reach Amritsar is mentioned as 9.10am but the bus reached 10.15.

Very disgusting experience. My ticket was for 24/9/26 at 6 am from boarding point 43 bus stand counter no 37. The bus did not arrive at the boarding point. I reached 43 bus stand at 5:35 am and waited for the bus until 6 am but it did not come. At 6:05 am, I called the bus operators myself and was told the bus had broken down and to come to phase 2 in 5 to 7 minutes. I asked how I would reach so quickly, but was told to forget it. Firstly, the boarding point was changed without any update. Why should passengers go to a different boarding point? And who will pay the auto fare of 200 to 250?

It took four hours instead of the said 3 hours journey. 1 hour delay for a 3 hour journey is ridiculous.
