The bus broke down after one hour into the journey, leaving the passengers stranded for two hours. The alternate bus which the passengers were made to board after two hours was already crowded. So, I asked the driver to deboard me and I eventually hired a cab for my further journey.

The experience was absolutely horrible, Guardian is the worst bus service I've ever been on. Our bus broke down 1 hour after departure and then the driver said we have to wait 1 hour for another bus and then the other bus arrived after 1 hour and 30 mins and the new bus was smaller so alot of people had to stand for about 1 and a half hour before getting seats. Also the new bus made unscheduled stops along the way and the journey took 2 hours longer than it was supposed. Absolutely unprofessional behaviour. Wouldn't recommend to anyone. Just take Orbit Aviation Buses.

Need mobile charger very badly required and also need maintenance for back seat net for placing used tea or water glasses and other stuff. Most of the nets are broken
