The bus reached two and a half hours late. It was supposed to reach at 7 but arrived at 9:30 pm. My last bus was at 9:23, and I missed it. There were no autos or cabs, and there was no way to reach my destination. I had to ask the police for help.

Bus was changed and they shifted to another ordinary bus which was uncomfortable. As a result, we got the last seats along with one hour of delay.

Irresponsible, doesn't value our time. Bus doesn't arrives at declared time and there was no update from the bus operator. I was at my boarding point before time but i still got late for my interview due to the negligence of the travels as it was late. lack of punctuality, expensive tickets but no value for customer's time and money. I got late for my job interview wasted my whole day, my money wasted and it costs me absent from both my University and where I have to reach for interview. I was late because of travel.

Ideally the bus should go up to the last stop i.e. Sec -43 Bus Station or the transfer facility could be improved.
