⭐ 1 Star Review Honestly, I don't even want to give 1 star, but that's the lowest rating available. I traveled with GRV Travels from Tirupati to Mysore yesterday, and it was one of the worst travel experiences I've had. The bus was around 1.5 hours late to the boarding point. When I called the driver and cleaner to ask about the delay and boarding location, their behavior was extremely rude and disrespectful. The most shocking part was that they refused to stop at the designated boarding point. Instead, they told me to either cancel my ticket or catch the bus on the highway because they would not stop for me. Due to their negligence, we had to travel nearly 10 km just to catch the bus. No passenger should be forced to chase a bus after paying for a ticket. The staff showed no professionalism, no courtesy, and no concern for passengers. Their attitude was unacceptable and completely ruined the travel experience. I strongly do not recommend GRV Travels. The management should seriously address the behavior of their drivers and staff and improve their customer service standards.
