GRT Travels Bus Booking

The bus was well maintained and comfortable but the conductor was super rude and unprofessional. He wanted me to immediately get off the bus from my sleeping state upon reaching the destination. He could have woken me a bit earlier instead of rushing me. Also interestingly, he wanted me and everyone else to get off the bus at the rest stop, even if one didn't want to. Then he locked the bus with his keys and went off to pee in the footpath, while the restroom was right there. The bus was also running late by 30 minutes.

3 hours delay. Didn't expect this from a primo bus.

Picture perfect service, cleanliness and punctuality.

Rest stop had only a few options. Apart from that everything looks good.

It was a terrible experience traveling with Travels. If the A/C needs maintenance, they have to repair it before the journey. How can people sit in that smell? It's too hard, like acid. No hygiene in the bus, worst in cleanliness. We have paid extra money due to last-minute booking but still got a bad experience with them.

5 hour delay to reach and 1.5 hour delay to pick up.

Delayed by 2 hours.

Driver gave a box and a water bottle from Kochi. After that, once the bus reached Bangalore, I asked for a bottle of water. Suddenly, he refused like I was asking for juice to drink. I told him that I can pay for your water bottle; I was that thirsty. This actually was a cruel behaviour.

Delayed by more than 3 hours.

It was all good what I expected as shown in photos before.
