The bus timing was mentioned as 8:15 PM, and I reached the bus stand by 8:05 PM. However, the bus was not there. Later, I spotted the bus on the road and called the bus staff, who informed me that the bus had already started and asked me to come to the road to board it. Many other passengers faced the same difficulty, and some had to take autos to reach the bus. Additionally, the bus kept stopping frequently throughout the journey, which was very uncomfortable and inconvenient.
