Sorry to say this, but this is a very bad company. Don't ever try to book from them. The service is zero. The driver is very rude; he doesn't even guide us on where we should stay before he comes so that he can pick me up very easily, but he is not ready to say anything. I don't know, totally bad experience, such a worst trip I have ever travelled.

Very bad bus. Worst experience. Not comfortable. Charger not working. Bus lamp not working. Window door not able to open (non AC bus). Very noisy and disturbing sounds from bus. Never book again from this Green Line Express.
