Very poor seat cleaning and everywhere dust as well as bed sheet very dirty. Charging point is not working. Most importantly, for the old age people, I think it's not an option.

The dropping time was 5:25 but the travels reached at 7:45. The travels delayed by 2 hrs.

Very bad experience from this trip. Travel did not come on time and the bus owner shifted badly to another sleeper bus, so this is not expected.

It was a very waste experience in my life because I booked AC bus through the app and actually non AC bus also reached 3 hours late at the location.

The staff's behavior is inappropriate. They seated us in the wrong seats four times. Even after calling the office, we were not given our assigned seats. Their service is poor.

They sent travel of different name which was half an hour late. They didn’t contact me for my seat and no contact was available for the boarding or driver number. The dropping points were not in their list, so they dropped me away from my destination. Horrible service. Not going to book this again.
