The departure time is said to be 10:50 pm but the bus arrived at the departure location at 11:15 and started by 11:45. It reached the destination 2 hours delayed.

Yesterday I travelled from Ariyalur to Sendurai. At the time of booking, I was informed that there was only one boarding point at Ariyalur, near Roundana Iyengar Bakery. However, the bus actually stopped at Maruthayan Kovil, and I wanted to board from that stop. When I asked about it, I was told that I should come to Ariyalur and that the GPS would be noted. The boarding point information should be clearly communicated to passengers in advance. If the bus is going to stop at Maruthayan Kovil, that boarding point should also be mentioned while booking. This will avoid unnecessary confusion and inconvenience for passengers. Hope the management will look into this and improve the boarding point information.
