While travelling, a short circuit happened in the bus for the charging plug. Please maintain safety and security measures. Everyone in the bus got panicked. Please refund my money for this incident caused.

My boarding point was changed at the last minute and they said there was an issue from Vijayanagaram to Visakhapatnam. They booked an auto for eight people who were boarding. We reached Visakhapatnam at 4.30 and arrived at Bengaluru Hoskote by 11.30 am. It was a very sad and long journey. He did not even stop in the morning for breakfast.

Driver is so harsh and bus didn't come to boarding point. Felt very unsafe. Not recommended for women. Worst service ever.
