Had a good overall journey. The bus was neat, clean, and well-maintained. The staff was polite and cooperative—they shared the live tracking link and confirmed my exact pickup location well in time. The bus was delayed by about 30 minutes, but the team proactively informed me 2 hours prior to the journey, which made managing the delay much easier. Good service overall.

No curtains on window sides, no bed sheets. Pillows are in bad condition. I booked Globe Hopper company bus but came Flix bus & I travelled in this bus.

There were no curtains on the mirror. The driver was really rude with the passengers. Live tracking was not working and moreover they have selected the worst rest stop on the route.

Pillow was torn cabin was dirty and staff was not polite and helpful at all, after complaint there was no help and query solution and understood behavior shown by staff and platform.
