The management should improve the bus maintenance and seating comfort. The bus was scheduled to arrive at 10:45 PM but arrived at 11:20 PM. I understand that traffic can cause delays. However, the seats are not comfortable and the space is very small. Please improve the bus condition and passenger comfort.

Drivers waiting in some place to fill the seats. Also stopping and wasting time in between the journey. Bus reached 2.5 hours late to destination.

Worst service ever, there was no door between driver and passenger path, unnecessary horns, driver and helper speaking so loudly, lights didn't turn off till midnight until we complaint to customer support, apart from booking pickups they also took time for picking passengers in black ticket.

The driver and helper both weren't kind with other passengers, and the dropping time was supposed to be 6:30 but it was 9:30 which was very late. There were mosquitoes inside bus. Utterly disappointed
