Bus was too late. Drop time was 8:00 am but it dropped me at 9:30 am.

My dropping location is Digha Talav but the driver said the bus does not go on that route. The driver dropped me at Rabale bus stop.

Overall I had a great experience travelling from Kudal to Borivali, and the bus was on time. Just one suggestion, it would be better to have a short washroom break in between, as the bus only stopped for a restaurant break.

All good. Staff help us to carry our heavy luggage. The toilet is there but it is not clear if it is allowed to be used or not. Please, if possible, change the seat structure like the bus for sleeper and seater; it is very comfortable and if you bring the non-AC/seater version, it will attract more passengers from the Thane/Mumbai side.

AC water was leaking so unable to sleep whole night also seat was uncomfortable because beside there was emergency door which was not locked properly all the outside air was getting inside by the thin gap between doors. However the punctuality, staff behaviour and toilet cleanliness was good. So I have given 3 star otherwise I won't have given any star for this ride.
