The overall condition of the bus was extremely poor, and the cleanliness and hygiene standards were completely unsatisfactory. Furthermore, the behavior and communication of the driver and staff were unprofessional and inappropriate. The bus also made frequent, unnecessary stops at various locations during the journey, causing significant inconvenience to passengers. I did not expect such a poor travel experience from a reputed platform like MakeMyTrip. This experience raises serious concerns about the quality checks and standards followed when approving bus operators on your platform. I request that you investigate this matter and take appropriate action against the concerned bus operator. Please ensure that the condition, cleanliness, and service standards of buses are thoroughly inspected before they are approved or listed on your platform.

My journey from Pune to Udaipur was extremely disappointing. The condition of the bus was very poor. The ceiling panels were damaged and broken, with exposed electrical wires and visible openings in the ceiling. The interiors were poorly maintained, and the overall cleanliness and maintenance were unacceptable. For such a long-distance journey, passengers expect basic safety, cleanliness, and comfort, but this bus failed to meet those expectations. The damaged ceiling and exposed wiring also raise serious safety concerns. I would not recommend this bus service unless the company improves its maintenance and passenger safety standards. A very bad experience overall. Please avoid this bus if you expect a safe and comfortable journey.
