Identify the obstruction. The sticker located on the exterior of the bus is blocking the view from the back seat.

Very disciplined and cooperative staff. Even though there is peak season, the staff is cooperating in a very professional manner. No time was wasted by the staff. The bus is clean. Washroom facility is also clean.

I had a very disappointing and pathetic experience while travelling from Malvan (Maharashtra) to Mumbai. The service was far below expectations, especially considering the lack of communication and support. The main issues I faced were last-minute bus change. I had booked a ticket for the main bus that operates daily on this route. However, during the journey day, the bus was changed and the timing was also altered at the last minute, without providing any proper or specific reason. Dropping point changed during the journey. The dropping point was changed while we were travelling. This caused considerable inconvenience, and we had to make our own alternative arrangements to reach home. Uncooperative staff. The staff was not cooperative or helpful when we raised our concerns. There was a clear lack of proper communication and customer support. Overall, this was a very unpleasant travel experience. When passengers book tickets, they expect the promised bus service, timing, and dropping point to be honoured. If any changes are unavoidable, the travel company should communicate them clearly in advance and provide proper assistance. I would not recommend this service unless serious steps are taken to improve communication, reliability, and customer service.

The bus keeps bouncing up and down, and it is completely uncomfortable.

Not at all comfortable even after booking second and third seat. Bus was bumping continuously even on straight and good road. Sudden braking. I booked it looking at tag VE AC sleeper. On bus it is written business class. But experience was very poor.

Nice bus and staff.

Excellent travel experience. Very nice, brand-new buses on the Mumbai to Malvan to Mumbai route. The buses were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, with spacious sleeper seats and excellent AC cooling. The on-board washroom facility was a great convenience, especially for a long journey. A big thank you to the owners for providing such beautiful, comfortable, and high-quality buses and for maintaining excellent service. Highly recommended. Keep up the great work.

Dropped 20 km away from the dropping point because only 2 passengers selected that point. Had to do auto for 350 more to reach my destination. Horrible experience.
