Arrival time one hour late, Blankets and pillow are very dirty, Live tracking works fine. Drop time found satisfactory.

Conductor demand extra money before stop. I booked ticket from Rajkot to CTM Char Rasta. Airport stop comes in between but they didn't drop me and demanded extra money for stop at Airport. Very rough behavior of staff. Whenever I boarded, I asked for blanket but they said that no more blanket was available and AC was fluctuating, not working properly. Very rough driving.

I had a really unpleasant and disappointing experience while travelling with Ghanshyam Travels. When I was about to sit in my seat, I noticed a polythene bag filled with liquid. I was not sure whether it was water or urine. I immediately informed the concerned Ghanshyam Travels bus staff about the issue. However, he casually told me to remove the polythene bag myself and sit there. I refused to touch it and requested that they provide me with another seat, but my request was also refused. Because of this very poor response and unacceptable behaviour from the bus staff, I decided that I will never travel with Ghanshyam Travels again. I strongly recommend that passengers think twice before choosing Ghanshyam Travels. The behaviour of the bus staff was extremely disappointing and unprofessional. Also, scheduled bus timing was 12.45 am, reached at location 01.20.

1. Bad smell on seat due to window curtain, sal, pillow spreading very bad smell. 2. During stoppage, if bus staff say anything from driver cabin for the stoppage, the last passenger will hear about the stop in the passenger cabin. Whenever I opened my eyes, it showed that the bus was running and sometimes in the traffic stoppage. I did not use the washroom from Rajkot to Ahmedabad, then at Vadodara I used it urgently.
