The bus was like a moving dustbin and passengers were spitting inside. The 2-star rating is strictly for the good drivers and on-time arrival. I won't ever travel on this bus again.

We were supposed to reach Munnar at 8:30 to 9 am but we were still at Theni. We were transported to another bus. We booked a sleeper but from Theni to Munnar we were forced to travel in a town-like bus with lots of people and low ventilation. We still had not reached Munnar. Our plans were delayed and wasted. Worst travel ever.

Travelled in Geetham Travels - very worst experience. Bus is not maintained properly. Timing was not followed and there was no proper pickup point. I booked for one place, but they asked me to come 1 km away from that point. No one to guide in the bus. Live tracking was mentioned but it was not working at all. Rash driving, felt very unsafe. Could not sleep at all. Bus was not smooth, it felt like a rollercoaster.
