Subject: Complaint against operator for delay and missed connecting bus. Dear Sir/Madam, I would like to lodge a complaint against the operator for its late arrival at Chhindwara. Due to this delay, I missed the connecting bus scheduled to depart from Chhindwara to Jabalpur at 7:05 AM. As a result, I faced considerable inconvenience and suffered due to the delay caused by the operator. Passengers rely on bus timings to plan their onward journeys, and such delays can lead to missed connections and unnecessary hardship. I request you to kindly look into this matter, take appropriate action against the concerned bus operator, and ensure that such incidents do not happen again. Please investigate the matter and provide a suitable resolution. Thank you.
