Everything was good but one thing I want to say is to add a charger point to the last lower seat and maybe on the upper seat also. Because asking for charging from the next seat passenger is not good all the time.

I recently traveled in the upper sleeper seat, and the experience was very uncomfortable. The seat lacked a comfort curtain at the back window, which made the journey inconvenient. There was only one AC vent, resulting in poor airflow and inadequate cooling; other seats have two. The seat itself was narrow, with no headrest, and the width was noticeably thinner compared to other seats. This made it difficult to sit or rest comfortably for long hours. Overall, the design and features of this seat were disappointing, and it did not provide the comfort expected during travel.

Not a desired bus for travelling and the bus time changed to 4.45 pm, which is 1 hour before the time, but for me it was very difficult to catch the bus. Seat comfort was not as good as the real bus.
