Unfriendly staff. They have complementary water bottles but they give only to random passengers. If I'm asking the staff for a water bottle, they don't give and tell me they'll give later. It's very unfair and an unsatisfactory journey. It's the minimum responsibility to treat every passenger the same way.

Staff behaviour very rude. Same seat U19 allocated to two persons. No proper response in call. I questioned how the same seat was allocated to two persons; they told me to check with bus.
