Staff was very rude. I left my charger in my bag and the bag was in the dikki. I requested the conductor to open the dikki during the dinner break, but he refused to open it and give the charger until morning. In the morning, while other passengers were leaving the bus, he turned off the charging button. I requested him to turn it on because my mobile was switched off the whole night. I requested him to turn it on for 10 minutes so I could make at least one call, but he ignored me and did not turn it on.

The bus was late at the pickup location by half an hour and the driver did not respond to calls or mention that the bus is going to be late. The drop was also extremely late;by 2 hours.

It seems as though the operators have no regard for women. Most of the toilet stops were literally in the middle of the highway and they told us to just go because there is no washroom available. Even the places they stopped at weren't secluded and there were other men nearby. There are plenty of petrol bunks on the way so I don't understand why stops can't be made there taking into account women passengers.
