I would like to share my feedback regarding my recent experience. My ticket was booked for 9:45, but the bus schedule was changed to an earlier time. Unfortunately, I did not receive any direct phone call from your team informing me about this change or asking for confirmation. I only received an SMS, which can easily be missed. For an important schedule change like this, I believe the customer should be personally informed by phone. Additionally, the seat allotted to me was damaged. It appeared to have been repaired using a spring and metal wire, which was not an acceptable standard of maintenance for a passenger bus. This made the seating experience uncomfortable. I request you to improve customer communication regarding schedule changes and ensure that all seats are properly maintained before the bus operates. I hope you will take this feedback seriously and take the necessary steps to prevent such experiences in the future.

No charging port on my deck.

1) Lost my shoes. 2) No curtain partition between the beds. 3) Always WiFi connection nuisance sound. 4) AC grills are dirty. 5) Beds are not worth the money paid. 6) Dropping time was 2 hours delayed from the committed time.

Bus windows noise very disturbing.

The charging port did not work, and the blanket was already used by another passenger.

The bus was practically a traveling liquor shop. People at the last row were drinking liquor and making all sorts of problems. Staff has no regard for the safety of others. The bus itself was a wreckage. Smell, noise, AC problems, bus condition was pathetic. Not even a single star. If anyone reads this review, please compare other reviews about the same bus and stop providing such poor bus in the app.
