The bus was in poor condition, with excessive noise throughout the journey. Passenger comfort was clearly neglected, and reckless driving.

Very disappointing and unhygienic experience. The bus had a lot of bed bugs, which made the entire night miserable and the journey extremely uncomfortable. On top of that, there was a very strong and pungent smell of pesticides and chemical spray inside the bus, making it difficult to breathe comfortably. Basic cleanliness and hygiene should be a priority, especially in a bus where passengers have to spend several hours. I strongly recommend that the operator thoroughly clean, disinfect and inspect the bus before allowing passengers to travel. Overall, a very unpleasant experience. Not satisfied with the service at all.
