The boarding office using abusing words and also the buses time to arrived Ahmedabad at 7 am but currently 8 am.

The bus conductor's behavior was very poor. I asked him to take my luggage out of the storage compartment, but he said, I'll open the compartment; you can take your luggage out yourself. Then I said to him, Please take it out; it's a large suitcase—how am I supposed to get it out? After quite some time, he finally took my luggage out.

Late arrival due to tyre puncture on the way... old tyres used in the bus... no proper maintenance...

The staff was not at all supportive. When I asked him to keep my luggage in the bus, he told me to keep it myself and then started giving me instructions to keep it there, whereas it is the staff's job to keep the luggage properly in the bus. Even at the dropping point, he asked me to take out the luggage myself.
