By mistake we booked morning trip we need at evening trip there was no cancel option there was no response They don't refund money very worst experience.

Such a slow bus. I would have reached even earlier if I had gotten a train. The boarding point was so useless, it was raining and no place to cover yourself. The bus was supposed to reach the destination at 9:20 am and it is 10:30 and still hasn’t reached. It is showing another half an hour to reach. This is ridiculous. Also, the bus stopped only once for rest and toilet; later they never stopped. This was a 15-hour journey with one stop.

Pick up location was not mentioned clearly, and I ended up walking in heavy rain till the driver mentioned the pickup point. I was drenched completely and had to be in wet clothes all night in the AC bus. Terrible experience, and the driver refused to pick me up at the pickup place I was at.

I am really satisfied with the journey. Everything was good except the rest stop hygiene. They can probably stop at a better place.
