Bus sleeper was not painted well. Bedsheets were full of sand particles, not properly spread, and headrest above bed was fully damaged. Windows were tight, non-AC couldn't open, it was stuck. Driving was good, but bus maintenance should be improved.

Very poor service. The app showed the bus arrival time as 9:55 PM, but the bus arrived around 10:55 PM. No prior information was given about the delay, and when we called, they simply said nothing could be done. The seats and overall bus were also uncomfortable. Very disappointing experience.

Bus got burnt at back side. No maintenance bus provided. 100 percent unsafe to life. We have escaped by just miss. We were evacuated outside by public people shouting from outside.
