One of the worst bus experience ever.

It was the terrible experience of my life, bus was 2 hours late for pickup. Bedsheets were not clean, blankets were not provided. 8.30 was the drop time after the delay but bus reached the destination 3 hours late because of which all the rental bikes were sold and we had to take a cab. Driver was not stopping for the restroom break.

The overall journey was good, but two things seriously need improvement. Hygiene stop: The hygiene stop was pathetic and poorly maintained. This needs immediate attention, especially for passengers travelling with families and children. AC issue: The AC was extremely disappointing. Throughout the entire journey, it felt like only the AC fan was running, with absolutely no cooling. In fact, the temperature outside was more comfortable than inside the bus. For an AC bus journey, proper cooling and clean, hygienic stops are basic expectations. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and improves these areas.

Bus pictures look new, but honestly it felt like an older bus. Comfort was missing, as cabins were small with hardly any space. Shoe rack was dumped at the bottom and there was no live tracking. Only two AC vents overhead, but no vents at the leg side, so cooling was poor. Mosquitos were inside, plus the passage light stayed on the whole time. Dinner? Do not plan on it unless you were fine with 1 AM, as they halted for an hour instead of 30 to 40 minutes, which only delayed the destination further. Overall, it was just an average experience.
