My boarding point was Belepole so I was there, but the bus did not stop there. The conductor called me to say they went far away from Belepole. When I requested them, they did not bother, making me run about 1 kilometer with luggage which resulted in my fall. I never experienced such rude and irresponsible behavior from the bus staff. They horribly denied their fault and pointed to my fault that I did not make the bus stop. But then what was the meaning of online booking where my boarding point was clearly mentioned. Action was needed as soon as possible.

Experience was not bad, but too expensive trip and if they are charging this much, they must provide food to increase customer satisfaction rate.

Great journey, the seat was comfortable. Also, the behaviour of the staff members was good, specially Mr. Abhay was very nice. Will surely travel again on Express Line.

The conductor was very rude. Not communicating properly and very arrogant. The driver was not driving properly. I was mid-air multiple times and because of it my charger broke. Reached home 2 hours later than the expected time.
