Delayed by 1hr. Before the trip I was called by the bus operators and they confirmed that the bus would be on time. I reached the boarding point on time. Then the bus was delayed and they didn't inform that and I waited almost 1hr.

I would definitely recommend them to travellers from Bengaluru to Kozhikode, especially those travelling via the Kozhikode–Balussery route. Their timings are also convenient.

Very important to the bus. There is no wire on the side of the bus seat. Very bad seating system. Very bad.

Seats are highly noisy on bad roads. Need to be tightened all nuts and bolts. Sleep highly disturbed.
