Overall good experience, good comfortable seats and cleanliness. But it was my night ride. I said to staff to close the light; they said no. I can't sleep the full night. I hope they don't do it again next time.

First, the bus was late. Secondly, the seats are not comfortable. Zero amenities were provided in the bus. There aren't any facilities like water or blanket. It was overall a horrible experience.

There was on the seat and also packets and all. There was nothing like a phone holder and the seats were torn. We couldn't put our face on the elevated pillow due to them being torn. That was pricking face continuously.

The bus was scheduled for 9:40 pm. I received a message that the bus will now arrive at 11:10 pm. I tried to call the bus conductor/driver to ask where the bus had reached and when it would arrive, but their phone was switched off. So I came back home. Then at 10:10 pm, I got a call from an unknown number saying that the bus is standing at the stop, if you can come in 2-3 minutes then come, otherwise we are leaving. My journey got cancelled.
