My journey yesterday was very disappointing. The bus did not maintain proper timing, causing inconvenience to passengers. As a female passenger, safety, cleanliness, and access to decent restroom facilities are very important. Stopping at such places makes women passengers feel uncomfortable and unsafe.

I would like to complain about the poor cleanliness and uncomfortable condition of the bus. The bus is not properly maintained, and the dirty surroundings make travelling unpleasant for passengers. I request you to take the necessary action to improve the cleanliness and maintenance of the bus and provide a comfortable journey for passengers.

Such a pathetic travel experience with Empire.. they don't announce dropping points properly and are very busy onboarding new passengers at Bellary without letting passengers traveling from Bengaluru get down at least. Very much money minded.
