Today (dated 18.10.2026) the journey from ernakulam to kannur with emerald travels, the worst decision i ever took. paid XXXX rs because of pooja holiday price hike. shitty ass service. vehicle broke down midway. 2.5 hours lost there. another bus came as replacement. these knuckle heads avoided new highway, not to pay toll. while travelers suffered hours of valuable time loss just because they chose this worst ever travel agency. no food nothing. 12 hour time spent for a moderate 6.5 hour maximum ride. no one's gonna compensate us for the time and sufferings we endured.

My booked bus broke down during the journey, and the replacement bus was arranged only after a delay of 3 hours. This caused significant inconvenience and disrupted my travel plans. I request to investigate this incident and provide an appropriate refund or compensation. Please resolve my complaint as soon as possible.

The bus was already 1.5 hrs late. When I boarded, my seat was given to some girl and I was asked to sit in the last row. Also, they did not provide bed sheets for the AC bus. I strongly recommend not to book this bus if you want a peaceful journey.

The cleanliness of the bus was very poor. The curtains were dirty and did not appear to have been cleaned properly. Overall, the bus hygiene was disappointing, and the cleanliness needs significant improvement. I hope the bus operator takes this feedback seriously and ensures better cleanliness for future passengers.
