My friend and I travelled from Kolkata to Siliguri. Overall, the service was good and normal, but we faced two issues. First, the upper part of the bus made strange noises whenever the bus went over bumps, which made it difficult for us to sleep peacefully throughout the night. I have travelled on similar buses before, but this was a different experience. Second, the driver of the second bus was driving carelessly and seemed to have no consideration for passengers who were trying to sleep. I hope they look into these issues and improve the comfort and safety of their passengers.
