The bus stops multiple times during the journey. The driver also stops the bus for one hour, and the bus maintenance is very poor. This is causing a lot of inconvenience to passengers.

Charging points are not working, and was very slow I reached my destination 3 hours delayed, bedsheet was very small, bed was also small.

Came one and a half hours late to the boarding point. I had booked ladies seats, but they gave the seat beside me to a gentleman. This made me very uncomfortable and it was not acceptable. When I started asking, they were arguing with my mum as we had booked wrongly.
